Opposites in every way . . . except the one that matters
Shaw Landon loved Rule Archer from the moment she laid eyes on him. Rule is everything a straight-A pre-med student like Shaw shouldn’t want—and the only person she’s never tried to please. She isn’t afraid of his scary piercings and tattoos or his wild attitude. Though she knows that Rule is wrong for her, her heart just won’t listen.
To a rebel like Rule Archer, Shaw Landon is a stuck-up, perfect princess—and his dead twin brother’s girl. She lives by other people’s rules; he makes his own. He doesn’t have time for a good girl like Shaw—even if she’s the only one who can see the person he truly is.
But a short skirt, too many birthday cocktails, and spilled secrets lead to a night neither can forget. Now, Shaw and Rule have to figure out how a girl like her and a guy like him are supposed to be together without destroying their love . . . or each other.

Everything I wanted and much more!

Thoughts on Rule

Rule is: funny, sad, happy, hot, sexy, beautiful, and so much more. I went into this book thinking it was going to be all smut and not much else. I was excited for that because sometimes that’s just what a girl needs. What I got, was a great story with two great characters and fantastic minor characters. I got an interesting plot and so much more.

The beginning the book was a great way to start. All I know is this guy is hooking up with someone and another girl walks into the room and drags him out of bed. There were so many questions! Who is she? Why is she there? Instantly, I didn’t want to put the book down. I just NEEDED to know what was going on.

Do I need to talk about how hot Rule is? Just look at the cover again. The sexy parts were definitely sexy. If you’re looking for good smut, this is definitely my recommendation.

Shaw, the female protagonist, is amazing. I just loved her POV. I think she is in the top 10 of favourite protagonists I’ve read this year.

It’s smutty but the romance is really good as well. I am definitely continuing this series and will be buying the next book soon! If you like tattoos and body piercing and don’t mind a lot of crude language, this book is definitely for you. You will not regret picking this one up.
