Official Rules
- To be run on February 8th for 12 hours: noon CST to midnight CST.
- You don’t have to read the full 12 hours to participate. Join us for however much time you have available!
- You must read erotica or any subgenre of romance that borders on erotica. Remember! We’re doing it dirty.
- Sign up by linking your blog in the linky below.
- On the morning of February 8th, we’ll post a linky for a goal post/progress updates.
- On February 9th, we’ll give you a chance to recap your goals and let everyone know how you did.
- Use the hashtag #DoinItDirty to track your progress on Twitter.
The Dirt
NEW THIS TIME: We’ll be hosting a Twitter Drinking Party at 9pm CST on February 8th. Grab your COCKtails and join us for some seriously naughty shenanigans.
A short read-a-thon means new tactics. We suggest the following:
- Know how to deal with reviews before you begin reading.
- Update on Twitter to avoid the time suck of blogging. (You’ll want to spend your time focusing a different kind of sucking, amirite?)
- Buy or prepare food ahead of time so you can spend more time reading.
- Give yourself plenty of options with books. Get choosy!
